You can track the order status through your registered ID with gulfcoast-e.com or you may contact info@gulfcoast-e.com or call us to know the status of your order.

gulfcoast-e.com will notify the buyer in advance regarding product delivery date and time so to arrange necessary lifting equipment’s for unloading of the products.

The unloading of the products to be done on the same day of product arrival to avoid any additional TRASNPORT CHARGES DUE TO DELAY IN UNLOADING.

The Delivery may contain the following documents:

Invoice copy.
Copy of Delivery Order.
Warranty paper if provided by manufacturer.
Material Test Certificates, Inspection Reports, RFI’s & Supporting Documents.
User Manual if provided by manufacturer.
Installation Manuals if provided by manufacturer.

The materials delivered need to be checked immediately for any missing quantity and need to be raised immediately with gulfcoast-e.com or to the logistics provider.

In case if the buyer wants to change the delivery location or to postponed the delivery, buyer needs to notify gulfcoast-e.com about the changes before transit of the goods and the necessary delivery changes will be updated by gulfcoast-e.com.

The delivery address provided should be a legal full address with the nearest landmark to me mentioned.
